Michael Reisner (https://www.cioninvestments.com/) co-founded CION in 2012 after serving as co-Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2012, Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2008, Executive Vice President — Originations from 2006 to 2007, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2004 to 2006. He graduated with honors from New York Law School and the University of Vermont and worked as an attorney in private practice in New York from 1996 to 2001. Michael Reisner is the co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of CION Investment Group, LLC, as well as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CION Investment Corporation (CIC) and CION Ares Diversified Credit Fund (CADC). He is a member of the CIC Investment Committee and the CADC Investment Allocation Committee. He currently serves on the boards of both CIC and CADC, and from 2018 to 2021, he was a member of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA).
